The Leaders of Tomorrow Israel-Morocco Forum is adynamic six-month initiative, established through acollaborative partnership between ISRAEL-is and the Association Mimouna . This program is designed tobridge young leaders from Israel and Morocco,combining virtual weekly Zoom sessions with in-persondelegations to both countries. The forum features 20young Israelis and 20 young Moroccans, handpickedfrom a competitive pool of hundreds of applicants.Participants are drawn from various fields, includingsocial and business entrepreneurship, advocacy, andactivism, reflecting a diverse range of talents andpassions. The central goal of the program is to buildmeaningful connections between these future leaders,encouraging collaboration on innovative ideas andprojects aimed at strengthening the relationshipbetween Israel and Morocco.

Highlights from the in-person delegations:
• Moroccans and Israelis worked together on projects,building strong connections and exchanging cultures. Akey moment was a shared Shabbat dinner, where theyintroduced their traditions, fostering unity. They alsovisited a Marrakech school for non-hearing students,engaging with the children and learning about theireducation.
• During the joint mission to Israel, Moroccans and Israelishad the honor of presenting their projects beforePresident Isaac Herzog. They also visited Druze villages,gaining a deeper understanding of the Druze culture,and participated in insightful discussions at the heart ofIsrael’s tech scene, the Startup Nation headquarters.
