Mimouna Club AUI organised a shabbat dinner inside the campus of the University to educate young students on the importance of Shabbat in the Jewish Calendar, the Moroccan Jewish traditions during this day and the similarities between Judaism and Islam.

Mimouna is a Moroccan association that strives to preserve and promote the history of Morocco’s ancient Jewish community. Founded in 2007, Mimouna seeks to educate the Moroccan people about the Jewish culture and encourage harmony between Jews and Muslims.
