Participation of the Mimouna Association in the 19th edition of the New York Sephardic Film Festival
On the 17th of March, 2016, Mimouna Association organized in partnership with The American Sephardic Federation’s Young Leadership Board an evening in honor of the Moroccan Day held during the New York Sephardic Film Festival 2016. The evening included a screening of the film “L’Orchestre du Minuit” by Jerome Cohen-Olivar.

Mimouna is a Moroccan association that strives to preserve and promote the history of Morocco’s ancient Jewish community. Founded in 2007, Mimouna seeks to educate the Moroccan people about the Jewish culture and encourage harmony between Jews and Muslims.
