During the 23rd and 24th of May, 2016, Mimouna Association organized, in collaboration with the Sephardic Legacy Institute and the Moroccan Jewish Community of Toronto, a conference, under the High Patronage of His Majesty the King Mohammed VI, under the name: «North American Conference of the Moroccan Jewish community, deepen and expand the Jewish-Muslim dialogue and that of all our cultures.»

Mimouna is a Moroccan association that strives to preserve and promote the history of Morocco’s ancient Jewish community. Founded in 2007, Mimouna seeks to educate the Moroccan people about the Jewish culture and encourage harmony between Jews and Muslims.
