Starting from June 2021, and in partnership with the ministry of tourismand the Federation of Moroccan tour guides, the Rebuilding our homes project, Anewly, USAID-funded project by Association Mimounaand the American Sephardi Federation, has organised Hebrew courses togroups of tour guides in Rabat, Essaouira and Fez. This initiative aims at teaching tour guides the Hebrew language and aspects of the Moroccan Jewish heritage.

Mimouna is a Moroccan association that strives to preserve and promote the history of Morocco’s ancient Jewish community. Founded in 2007, Mimouna seeks to educate the Moroccan people about the Jewish culture and encourage harmony between Jews and Muslims.
