In order todigitally preserve the old Jewish neighbourhood, the ROH initiative has launched three consecutive and complementary trainings in favor of the youth of the Mellah of Rabat, Fez and Essaouira. The trainings which were provided by Dr. Vanessa Paloma, Mr. Jason Gauberman and Mr. Zakaria Siraj, revolved around photography /videography, techniques of questioning and interviewing and digitalsites mapping.

Mimouna is a Moroccan association that strives to preserve and promote the history of Morocco’s ancient Jewish community. Founded in 2007, Mimouna seeks to educate the Moroccan people about the Jewish culture and encourage harmony between Jews and Muslims.
