During her visit to Essaouira, Ambassador Deborah Lipstadt, U.S. State Department special envoy to Monitor Antisemitism and world-renowned antisemitism scholar, had a meeting with Mimouna projects coordinators to discuss Mimouna’s “grassroots initiatives seeking to bolster interfaith understanding and to preserve Moroccan Judaism.
